Signal patterns will switch from flashing to standard operation

MUSTANG RIDGE, TEXAS (Sept. 10, 2024) — Traffic signals at the intersections of CR 176 and the northbound and southbound SH 130 frontage roads in Mustang Ridge will switch from flashing to standard operation on Oct. 31, 2024.

Temporary digital message signs have been placed near the intersections since Sept. 6 to alert drivers about the upcoming change. Contractors are also installing advanced warning beacons to alert drivers as they approach the signalized intersections.

The intersections meet the conditions for activation based on a signal warrant analysis conducted by SH 130 Concession Company and approved by the Texas Department of Transportation.

Drivers are encouraged to stay alert and drive with caution as motorists adjust to the new signal pattern.
